Symptoms

Issues accessing portalized services. The portalized services include Mobile Access Portal, Identity Portal, UserCheck Portal, DLP Portal.
When using a self-signed certificate, when accessing a portalized site, user is prompted to accept the snakeoil cert, then the browser fails to reach the portal.
